RoHS (we operate in compliance with)
RoHS is a product level compliance based on the European Union's Directive 2002/95/EC, the Restriction of the Use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS).
Products compliant with this directive do not exceed the allowable amounts of the following restricted materials: lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), with some limited exemptions.

REACH (we operate in compliance with)
REACH is a European Union regulation. The sole purpose of REACH is to address the production and use of chemical substances, and their potential impacts on both human health and the environment.
REACH requires all companies manufacturing or importing chemical substances into the European Union in quantities of one tonne or more per year to register these substances with European Chemical Agency (ECHA).
APQP4Wind
APQP4Wind is inspired by the American quality management tool 'Advanced Product Quality Planning' (APQP), which was originally developed for the American automotive industry. The rationale behind APQP4Wind is that component failures and production weaknesses are very costly to fix if they are discovered once a wind turbine is already operational.
With training in APQP4Wind, quality is ensured early and throughout all stages of the production process, and it also creates a foundation for formulating consistent quality management processes for the international wind industry.
At Tinby, we have trained specialists and management representatives in Denmark, Poland, China, and Latvia.
