Meet us at this year's trade fairs (incl. a brief guide to the trade fairs)

2019 is going to be an exciting year for trade fairs as far as Tinby is concerned - one in which we hope to meet not only many of our current clients, but also a lot of potential new customers from around the world. Perhaps that includes you? We are only exhibiting at one trade fair this year, but in addition to that, our sales team will be visiting a number of other trade fairs to keep up-to-date on new trends, make new contacts, and follow up on interesting leads. These will mainly be the key trade shows in the fields of furniture design, composite and insulation, and the wind turbine industry. Our Sales Engineer, Michael Lind, has already been to Sweden where he visited the Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair in early February - and our sales team are heading to Paris from 12-14 March to participate in the JEC World Composite Show 2019.

In 2019, Tinby will attend the following trade shows - we hope to see you there!

There is no doubt that Danish design has an important role to play on the Scandinavian design scene, where Tinby, as a major player, is committed to making a significant contribution to the design and manufacture of our clients' many exciting ranges of furniture.

Tinby Skumplast's polyurethane foam panels are used for insulation in refrigerated and freezer trucks, containers, and other transportation units due to the material's low weight and high compressive strength. Our goal is to reach potential customers and showcase our capabilities at the exhibition.

PURfection: New Danish-developed technology aims to create a circular solution for a widely used plastic type.

Polyurethane – also known as PUR – is used in everything from refrigerators, shoes, and mattresses to wind turbine blades and cars. This versatile plastic type makes up eight percent of global plastic production but is very difficult to recycle. Now, a number of large companies and knowledge partners are joining forces to make used PUR plastic recyclable, so it can replace fossil-based polyurethane.
